About
Nicole Hultquist is a first year PhD student in Archaeology working with Dr. John Marston in the Environmental Archaeology Lab. Nicole is interested in using stable isotopes systems to understand animal diets, their mobility, and the environment. Prior to coming to BU, Nicole graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Chemistry and a BS in Anthropology. Nicole then completed her MS in Anthropology at Trent University where she measured the strontium isotope ratios of camelids from the north coast of Peru to determine their mobility and geographic origin.
