Research Interests

Mesoamerica, organization and utilization of urban spaces, and how these relate to social structures and religious practices. Through examination of archaeological material distribution and the application of spatial and environmental analyses.

About

Claudia Servín Rosas’ focus and research interests center on the rich cultural heritage of Mesoamerica and its ancient civilizations. Her areas of expertise include Mesoamerican urbanism, the distribution of archaeological materials, spatial and environmental analysis, social organization, and religion.

Ms. Servín Rosas completed her bachelor’s degree at National School of Anthropology and History in Mexico, where she established a strong foundation in archaeological studies. She subsequently pursued her master’s degree at National Autonomous University of Mexico, further specializing in urban analysis and religion in the ancient city of Cantona, Mexico.
