2023 Alumni Dinner at the AAA Toronto Conference
Every year, BU Anthropology alumni gather at the AAA Annual Meeting to see familiar faces, meet new students, and share amazing food!
The 2023 AAA/CASCA Annual Meeting was held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre with Keynote Speaker Kisha Supernant, PhD; Director, Institute of Prairie and Indigenous Archaeology who shared “Truth before Transition: Reimagining Anthropology as Restorative Justice”.
This year’s guests included: Keping Wu (GRS ’07), Lucia Liu (GRS ’15), Chun-Yi Sum (GRS ’15), Liz Crocker (GRS ’17), Erica Larson (GRS ’19), Jonathan Norris, Jacob Tischer, Hazal Aydin, Hannah Howard, Begum Ergun, and Professors Merav Shohet, and Robert Weller.
