  • CDS EA 710: MLOps: Managing the AI Model Lifecycle
    Learn to operationalize AI by deploying, scaling, and maintaining models in a production environment. This course covers the core MLOps practices, including containerization with Docker, automated CI/CD pipelines, and orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • CDS EA 720: AI Governance, Ethics, and Sustainability
    This course provides a comprehensive framework for AI risk management. You will move beyond basic ethics to address the advanced threats and responsibilities of deploying powerful AI. Key topics include mitigating adversarial attacks (jailbreaking), preventing reward hacking, establishing responsible scaling policies, and enforcing compliance through formal Model Specifications. These are integrated into a unified governance strategy that includes ethics, security, XAI, and sustainability.
  • CDS EA 730: Designing and Deploying Enterprise Agents
    A course on building autonomous AI agents that can reason, plan, and use tools to solve complex business problems. You will use frameworks like LangGraph to create and deploy sophisticated agents that automate enterprise workflows.
  • CDS EA 740: AI Strategy & Enterprise Transformation
    This course focuses on the business leadership of AI. You will learn to identify high-value AI opportunities, build a compelling business case, formulate an enterprise-wide AI strategy, and design effective human-AI collaboration workflows to drive transformation. It also introduces the principles of experimental design and A/B testing to rigorously measure the causal impact of AI interventions. The course also examines the broader economic impacts of AI to inform long-range planning and uses A/B testing to rigorously measure the causal impact of AI interventions.

    A program-long, hands-on sequence of courses where you apply skills from all courses to solve a real-world enterprise problem. The capstone runs across all four semesters, moving from proposal and design to final prototype and presentation. The course also includes a speaker series.
