Molecular Biology, Cell Biology & Biochemistry Program

Welcomes You!

The interdepartmental graduate program in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology & Biochemistry (MCBB) offers both Ph.D. and M.A. degrees. Future molecular biomedical scientists will increasingly engage in interdisciplinary research. The MCBB Program is designed to fill this need.

The MCBB Program involves 48 faculty members from the Departments of Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, and Health Sciences.

  • The MCBB Program Curriculum is designed to provide a solid foundation in these interrelated disciplines through coursework and research.
  • The MCBB Program prepares students for research and teaching positions in academia, industry, or government.
