Debarro in Boston, Folk music of the Americas

  • Starts7:30 pm on Thursday, March 22, 2018

DEBARRO (Medellín, Colombia) is a world music quartet with folk roots. We perform covers of traditional music from the Americas, as well as our own original tunes. "De barro" means "made of mud" in Spanish, but it's also an expression for malleable or ever-changing. Our arrangements use rock, funk, jazz, and a mix of Latin music genres to transform the songs, while still respecting their folk origins.

Bill’s Bar 5 Lansdowne Street (Fenway)
