Need something quick to hold you over during a busy day? Aramark Marketplace vending machines are stocked with a variety of snack and beverage options and can be found in convenient locations throughout campus, making it easier than ever to grab something on the go.

Payment is simple. Simply pay with credit/debit card or Convenience Points after scanning or selecting your items at the payment kiosk. Cash is not accepted at Aramark marketplace locations.

Services, Restocks, and Repairs

If a machine is not working properly or you need a refund, please contact bostonuniversity@aramark.com and the Aramark team will address the issue as soon as possible. Please include your name and BUID, phone number, and a description of the incident or transaction.

To request restocks for machines, please send an e-mail to refresh-bostonuniversity@aramark.com.

Please note that Aramark Marketplace machines are monitored by cameras, and every transaction is recorded. Any misuse may be reported to BUPD and/or Student Conduct.
