For Faculty

Collaborative research is at the center of this initiative.

On January 28 2019, we coordinated a Research on Tap event titled Understanding and Improving our Urban Climate that brought colleagues from across Boston University together to discover new synergies and opportunities in the realm of urban climate research.

On January 29 2019, we built on this momentum and held our first targeted Boston University faculty workshop define grand challenges, research opportunities, and new collaborative pathways to tackle our urban climate challenges. The products of these two events will come together to create a new faculty seed grant opportunity to turn ideas into new research endeavors.
