“Tufts PRIDE is an affinity group for faculty and staff who identify as LGBTQIA+*. We are officially listed as an Employee Resource Group (ERG) at Tufts University.

The focus of the affinity group is to promote campus pluralism, hiring and retention of diverse faculty and staff, career development, community building and service, and workplace wellness.“
