For BU LGBTQIA+ Faculty & Staff: Queering Race and Identity at BU

As the LGBTQIA+ Center for Faculty & Staff is emerging into life, what is the kind of community you want to build at BU? What does it mean to have an antiracist LGBTQIA+ campus community and to center race and identity? How do you show up, and what role do your identities play? Through a model of talking and healing circles, Jen Self and James Layman will lead us in a two-hour interactive discussion about the type of LGBTQIA+ campus community we want to build at BU.
