Karen White

Karen White, DrPH, is AVP, Healthcare Access & Sustainability at Sun Life U.S., where she leads the U.S. Sustainability agenda in support of DentaQuest and Sun Life’s businesses. Her work focuses on integrating sustainability considerations into access to care and coverage and long term value creation across Medicaid and employer sponsored benefits.
Karen brings expertise in oral health access, program evaluation and the intersection of social and environmental factors with health outcomes. She translates quantitative and qualitative evidence into strategic insights that inform executive decision making, population needs assessments, and program design for diverse and underserved populations.
