Jenny McColloch
Chief Sustainability Officer and Head of Community Impact, CVS
Jenny McColloch serves as Chief Sustainability Officer and Vice President of Community Impact for CVS Health. In this role she leads the Company’s Healthy 2030 impact strategy and oversees the CVS Health Foundation and other corporate charitable giving.
Jenny guides the Company’s efforts to reduce environmental impacts, drive resource efficiencies, and build resilience for our communities, colleagues and customers in the face of extreme weather. Her teams also work to improve health outcomes and health care workforce development in communities nationwide through strategic investments with non-profit organizations, workforce initiatives, and employee volunteer programs.
Before joining CVS Health in 2024, Jenny was Chief Sustainability and Social Impact Officer at McDonald’s Corporation, steering environmental and social impact strategies across more than 40,000 restaurant and agricultural communities worldwide.
Jenny received her BS/MS from Stanford University and her MBA from the Yale School of Management. She serves on the First Movers Advisory Board for the Aspen Institute’s Business & Society Program.
