Perry Blaine Schaffner

Perry Blaine Schaffner of Pueblo, Pennsylvania attended Allegheny College, where he was a member of Phi Gamma Delta. He excelled in debate and oratory, and he was president of the Y.M.C.A. Schaffner also had a knack for Latin and Greek as the chairman of the Classical Club. He loved to sing, managing the Glee Club.
