Francis A. Fate (1894)

Francis Asbury Fate attended Ohio Wesleyan University, where he earned both the degrees of A.B. and A.M. He then attended Boston University School of Theology, from which he graduated with the degree of S.T.B. in 1894.

Fate then entered the ministry of the Methodist Episcopal Church, yet with a decidedly ecumenical outlook. The same year he graduated from Boston University, he began serving a Congregational Church in Manchester-by-the-Sea.
