Roberta Sanders

Robbie Sanders, LCSW earned her MSW from McGill University School of Social Work in 1997. After years of providing clinical services, Sanders turned her attention to non-profit management where she served as a program director for over 15 years overseeing both residential and workforce readiness programs. As program director, Sanders led overall program management and design, staff supervision, partnership development, performance outcomes and managing multiple funding streams. She joined BUSSW as a regional advisor for the Online Program in 2016 after 20 years as a field instructor. She previously worked for the Department of Labor and YouthBuild USA providing guidance and technical assistance to YouthBuild programs nationwide.
