Nikki Pollard

Nikki Pollard, LICSW, is a lecturer, practicum education advisor, and alumna of the Boston University School of Social Work, with more than 20 years of experience in clinical practice. Her professional background spans child protection, crisis intervention, community-based mental health, individual psychotherapy, complex case management, integrated care, health and wellness education, college counseling, and student support services.

Pollard joined the Boston University School of Social Work as a lecturer in 2017 and has taught across both the Online and On-Campus Programs. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she supports the professional development and field education of emerging social workers at BUSSW as a practicum education advisor. She also serves as a senior staff clinician and case manager at the Murray Center for Student Wellness at Boston College, where she provides clinical care and comprehensive support to college students.
