BU School of Social Work (BUSSW) thought leadership was on full display at the Society for Social Work & Research (SSWR) annual conference January 15th – 19th in Seattle Washington. At the school reception, Dean Barbara Jones introduced Drs. Dolores Acevedo-Garcia and Pamela Joshi and the school’s new Institute for Equity in Child Opportunity & Healthy Development. We also celebrated Prof. Hyeouk Chris Hahm’s induction into the American Academy of Social Work and Social Welfare.
