10/20: PhD Candidate Cristina Brinkerhoff (SSW’23) to Speak at Panel on Vaccine Equity
PhD candidate Cristina Araujo Brinkerhoff (SSW’23) will speak at the panel, “Equity, Engagement & Vaccines,” hosted by BU CTSI Community Engagement Program. Moderated by Prof. Linda Sprague Martinez, the panel will discuss how practitioners and researchers use community engagement strategies, how institutions impact community engagement, and how communities can be more involved in advancing vaccine equity. In addition to her research at BUSSW, Brinkerhoff works at the Brazilian Worker Center, where she helps immigrant workers learn about their rights and equity.
