BUSSW at SSWR: Presentations & Community-Building at 2024 Annual Conference

Boston University School of Social Work (BUSSW) has a significant presence at the 2024 Society for Social Work Research (SSWR) Annual Conference, held in Washington, DC, January 10–14.
BUSSW faculty, doctoral students and alumni will present their research to colleagues from across the country in dozens of program sessions, disseminating new findings that impact policy, public health, and social work practice.
The School will host a special reception Friday night celebrating its new dean, leadership and faculty as well as new SSWR Vice President-Elect Prof. Hyeouk Chris Hahm. All conference participants and community members are invited to attend – no RSVP required.
Colleagues will also have the opportunity to connect with BUSSW at the exhibition hall where staff will be available to share information about the School’s programs and research at Booth #304.
BUSSW is also sponsoring the Social Policy Forum – Saturday, Jan. 13, from 11:30am–12:30pm in the Independence BR, Salons D/E (ML 4).
