Survivor Resource Library

A community-based clinical law program that provides essential civil legal services to low- and moderate-income residents of Greater Boston. They work in the areas of predatory lending and consumer protection, post-foreclosure eviction defense, family law, domestic violence, estate planning, disability benefits, and veterans legal services to provide a continuum of advocacy resources for our most vulnerable community members.

The Women's Bar Foundation provides free legal assistance to victims of domestic violence through the Family Law Project for Domestic Abuse Survivors . The Project has two primary objectives. The first is to empower domestic violence survivors by giving them a voice in their abuse prevention hearings and family law cases. The second is seeking to prevent further abuse, homelessness, loss of child custody, and to decrease repeated court hearings.

The Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association has been dedicated to serving low-income families and individuals in the Greater Boston Area since 1977. They strive to give equal access to justice to their clients by delivering high-quality pro bono civil legal services to eligible clients through their court clinics, lawyer-for-the-day programs, and referring full representation cases. Their efforts are propelled by a strong team of volunteers, including licensed attorneys, and law students from all segments of the legal community.
