Crisis Intervention Counselor

I am a bilingual mental health counselor specializing in trauma processing and counseling within diverse cultural and marginalized communities. I earned my undergraduate degree from New York University, where I majored in Psychology and Sociology, and completed my master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Boston College. My clinical interests include interventions for PTSD, utilizing evidenced-based treatments including CPT, IFS, and ACT to support survivors of interpersonal violence and sexual trauma. In my clinical experiences, I have provided crisis intervention and trauma-informed counseling in both English and Mandarin.

Personal Hobbies
I love going to gigs, watching (and overanalyzing) films and documentaries. When I’m home, I’m either hanging out with my cat, Gummi, or messing around with instruments. If you see me outside, I’m probably on my way to thrift shopping or hunting down some good food!
