Jessica Tjong
Nurse Practitioner
I am excited to introduce myself as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong educational background in nutrition and food science. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Vermont, and subsequently pursued my Nursing and Doctorate studies at the same institution. I worked at the University of Vermont Medical Center on a general medicine inpatient unit before deciding to move back to Boston to be closer to family. My approach to healthcare revolves around person-centered care, and placing individuals at the center of their own well-being. I firmly believe in the power of a collaborative team approach, and I am excited to be part of the BU community.
