Em is an athletic trainer from Massachusetts with a passion for helping athletes perform at their best and recover from injuries. With years of experience in sports medicine, Em is dedicated to providing personalized care for athletes of all levels. Outside of work, Em is a proud dog parent to two energetic pups who keep life fun and active. Whether on the field or enjoying time outdoors with their dogs, Em is committed to maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
