Staff Therapist

As an alum of BU’s Mental Health Counseling & Behavioral Medicine program, it has been wonderful to work here as a therapist! My clinical experience has included working in residential and outpatient treatment for OCD as a trained exposure and response prevention (ERP) clinician as well as working in college mental health. Aside from treating OCD & related symptoms (hair-pulling, skin-picking, and hoarding), I specialize in working with anxiety, phobias, and practice all therapy through a trauma-informed lens. As a first-generation American myself, I believe strongly in counseling being an inclusive space, and welcome students with diverse needs and identities. While my style of counseling is CBT focused, I pull from modalities such as DBT & ACT and am open to working collaboratively with students to help them work through the changes they want to make in their lives.

Personal Hobbies
Outside of work you can often find working on a knit or crochet project. I enjoy most every sport and do a lot of running & rollerblading along the Charles River. I’ve also been playing ultimate frisbee since college! I love all animals and spend a lot of time cuddling with my rather large cat, Goose, as well as birding in the Boston area (these Geese are less cuddly).
