I have a Kerberos password, but can’t access Patient Connect. Can you help?
Students need to matriculate in University systems in order to access Patient Connect. This may take time to update if you’re a new student. If your Kerberos account was recently created, wait a couple of days and then try again. If you still have issues, contact ithelp@bu.edu.
