In her role as Associate Director of Administration, Molly Davidson is responsible for providing guidance and management of the personnel operations for many of the units within the Office of Research. She facilitates a variety of personnel actions and organizational management needs to ensure efficient and equitable work structures. Molly has over 18 years of experience working in higher education, the majority of which have been at Boston University.
She received her Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont.
