Claire is the Senior Associate Director of Research Analytics & Intelligence within Research Development, where she works to broadly support BU faculty in obtaining extramural funding for their research programs. She leads Research Development’s analytics and intelligence efforts, supporting strategic research development through funding analyses, institutional benchmarking, and data-informed planning. She also provides tailored analytic support for major research initiatives and complex funding proposals.
Prior to joining the Research Development team, Claire was a postdoctoral associate in the Department of Speech, Language & Hearing Sciences in BU’s Sargent College. Claire holds a BA in Linguistics from Cornell University and a PhD in Speech and Hearing Bioscience and Technology from Harvard University.
