The Przytycki Lab is located on the 15th flooor of the new BU Center for Computing & Data Sciences at 665 Commonwealth Ave.
We value diversity and collaboration, with a focus on training students. Our core belief is that a successful lab combines research, mentorship, and outreach and adheres to the principle of “data science for everyone.” Through this principle, we hope to serve the scientific community by training diverse computational scientists to push forward cutting-edge genomics research.
We are looking for postdocs with strong computational backgrounds. Interested postdoc candidates should send a cover letter describing their research interests and a CV including contact information for three references to pawel at bu.edu.
We take rotation students from the CDS and Bioinformatics programs. Each student will work on an independant computational project during their rotation. Students from other programs such as Computer Science are also encouraged to get in touch.
Undergraduate students interested in applying their coding skills to biological problems are welcome in the lab. Send an email to pawel at bu.edu describing your scientfic background and research interests.
Summer and High School Students
