Wesley J. Wildman is Professor of Philosophy, Theology, and Ethics in the School of Theology and Professor in the Faculty of Computing and Data Sciences at Boston University. He is a philosopher specializing in the scientific study of complex human social systems, including religion. Author or editor of over 20 books and 160 articles and book chapters, his research and publications pursue a multidisciplinary, comparative approach to practical and philosophical questions surrounding pressing social problems.

He is Executive Director of the Center for Mind and Culture, and founding co-editor of the Taylor & Francis journal Religion, Brain & Behavior.
