Kelley Chunn serves as Professor of Practice at the Boston University College of Communication. She is also the founder and principal of Kelley Chunn & Associates (KCA), an award winning 35 year old state certified, collaborative PR & Marketing consultancy based in Boston’s Roxbury neighborhood of Fort Hill. KCA provides culturally smart strategies to promote social change with a focus on equity, inclusion, civic engagement and community outreach. www.kelleychunn.com, kcassociates106@gmail.com, @kelleychunn. Her journey has taken her from Boston to New York, to Nigeria and the White House. There she joined other community and business leaders to advise former President Barack Obama on small business and economic development. In June of 2022, The Public Relations Club of New England recognized Kelley Chunn with the “Bellringer Award” for lifetime achievement. In 2021, the Public Relations Society of America, Boston Branch, recognized Kelley Chunn with the prestigious Diane Davis “Beacon Award” for lifetime achievement. Among her memberships and volunteer service, Chunn serves as interim president of the Roxbury Cultural District which comprises the Nubian Square and John Eliot Square neighborhoods of Boston.
