Andrew Stokes

Andrew Stokes, PhD is an Assistant Professor in Boston University’s Department of Global Health and Center for Global Health and Development. His research applies quantitative methods to the analysis of population health with a focus on global non-communicable disease and the social determinants of health. He received doctorate degrees in Demography and Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to his graduate studies, he was a post-bachelor fellow at the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation in Seattle, WA.
