Urvi Mishra is a PhD student in the Brain, Behavior, and Cognition program in the Department of Psychological & Brain Sciences at Boston University, working in the Scott Lab of Comparative Cognition. She earned her BSc in Biomedical Sciences from NMIMS University, Mumbai, and her MSc in Biological Sciences from TIFR, Mumbai, where she studied cell-fate mechanisms during embryonic neurogenesis. In the Scott Lab, she investigates the intersection of developmental and systems neuroscience, using multi-photon imaging to study neural circuits underlying decision-making in neurodevelopmental disorders like autism.
