Sharvari Zilpelwar (Boas Lab) graduated with a BS-MS in Physics from the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) in 2018. After her masters’ thesis project on spatio-temporal properties of randomly scattered media, she became interested to study the properties of the brain. At Boston University, she is a Ph.D. candidate in the BOAS lab developing novel optical technique combined with wavefront shaping to image deeper regions of the mouse brain. She expects to graduate in 2023 with a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.
