Morgan is an MD/PhD student at Boston University completing her doctorate degree with the Graduate Program for Neuroscience. She received her Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from New York University. Her current work, under the guidance of Dr. Michael Wallace, focuses on serotonergic modulation of neuronal activity in the habenula and the impact of alpha-synuclein aggregation in the raphe nuclei on serotonergic modulation of basal ganglia structures.
