For children and teens who love to be in the kitchen, our week long class will have them cooking around the world. We’ll begin with kitchen basics and standard techniques, using a variety of cooking methods to explore various cuisines throughout the week. In the past we’ve cooked our way through Greece, Morocco, Turkey, Italy and Spain as well as explored the flavors and foods of Asia and our own, regional America! We’ll wrap up each day by enjoying the delicious lunch that we’ve prepared together.
Young cooks will learn basics in kitchen safety, proper food handling, food preparation, cooking and baking techniques, presentation, and understanding recipes. They will gain lifelong culinary techniques and new appreciation for distinct flavors and cuisines. Programs run Monday through Friday from 9am to 1pm.To ensure students can make the most of their culinary week, class enrollment is limited. Reserve your seat today!
