Mail Services Intersession Planning – 2024

Subject: Mail Services Intersession Planning (Charles River Campus, Fenway Campus & Medical Campus)

As we have done over the past several years, Boston University’s Mail Services will NOT provide departmental mail delivery during Intersession.

For those who are on campus and wish to collect mail for their department, mail pick-ups may be made on Tuesday December 24, Thursday December 26th, Friday December 27th, and Tuesday December 31st between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. at University Mail Services located at 120 Ashford Street, Room 163. Individuals picking up mail must show a valid Boston University identification card. Please be sure to inform appropriate individuals in your department(s) of these procedures.
