Intersession Planning 2025

Subject: Mail Services Intersession Planning (Charles River Campus, Fenway Campus & Medical Campus)
As in previous years, Boston University Mail Services will not provide departmental mail delivery during Intersession.
Departments wishing to collect mail may do so on the following dates:
- Tuesday, December 23
- Friday, December 26
- Tuesday, December 30
- Friday, January 2
Pick-ups will be available between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. at University Mail Services, 120 Ashford Street, Room 163.
Individuals must present a valid Boston University identification card. Please ensure that all relevant members of your department are informed of these procedures.
