Mail Services Intersession Planning (Charles River Campus & Medical Campus)

Subject:  Mail Services Intersession Planning (Charles River Campus, Fenway Campus & Medical Campus)

As has been the case for the past several years, Boston University’s Mail Services will NOT provide departmental mail delivery during Intersession.

For those who are on campus and wish to collect mail for their department during this period, mail pick-ups may be made on Wednesday, December 30th and Thursday, December 31st, between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. from University Mail Services located at 120 Ashford Street, Room 163. Individuals picking up mail must be cleared with a green attestation, be compliant with testing, and show a valid Boston University identification card. Please be sure to inform appropriate individuals in your department(s) of these procedures.
