Designs by Chad and Jake is a Florida, USA based personalized baby gift company. We began in 1997 with the introduction of personalized burp cloths. A few years earlier, we had received them as a gift when our first son, Chad, was born. We thought they were absolutely terrific! Since we enjoyed them so much, we decided to make some of our own.
