  1. Click on the application link to submit your application. Please note that the application will ask you to provide the name of your guidance counselor and the names of two teachers who will write a recommendation for you. At least one reference must be a science or math teacher, but it is preferable that both references be either current or former math or science teachers. Please note: we do not accept recommendations from family members or friends. If your transcript doesn't include grades for this year, please ask your guidance counselr to send this year's report card sent along with your transcript.
  2. Your guidance counselor and both recommenders will automatically be sent an email with a link which they can use to submit any materials on your behalf. You will receive an email whenever anyone submits a transcript or recommendation for you.
  3. Once you submit your application, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This email will also include a link you can use to access your application. Please use this link to track your application and check to see if all materials have been submitted for you. Remember, it is your responsibility to make sure that all your materials (inclduing your transcript and recommendations) are submitted by April 15th so that you can be considered for an internship. One word of advice, don't wait until the last minute! No one will be able to submit anything on your behalf until you apply--so make sure you allow enough time for teachers to submit before the deadline.
