United Way Alternative Spring Break El Paso

During spring break, hundreds of student volunteers from across the United States trade swim trunks for tool belts and team up with United Way to make a meaningful impact in communites accross the country. the United Way of El Paso County will be hosting students, from March 6 through March 12, for our eighth annual Alternative Spring Break (ASB) program. We are inviting students from across the nation to join us in a week of service and learning!

As part of this week-long service learning program, students will volunteer daily with the Lower Valley Housing Corporation building homes in El Paso for low-income families. In additional to helping low-income families build their homes, students will also visit local non profit agencies and landmarks. ASB is a great opportunity to give back to a community, develop leadership skills and build life-long relationships!
