We’re thrilled to announce Jetrin Orenberg as a featured speaker at IDEA Con, the world’s largest cross-university student innovation conference, hosted by Innovate@BU on October 25!
About Jetrin
Jetrin is the founder of Comprehension Clicker, a passionate innovator, and a student at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where he’s pursuing a double major in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, along with a minor in Mathematics. As part of the university’s 4+1 master’s program, he’s additionally working toward a Master’s in Computer Engineering, continuing his drive to understand and create the technology that shapes our world.
His venture, Comprehension Clicker, aims to give teachers a way to monitor real-time feedback by giving students a way to express their level of understanding during lessons. With this tool, Jetrin hopes that teachers will be able to adapt their lessons to best fit their students, to ensure no student gets left behind.
Jetrin’s journey is fueled by curiosity and a love for building things that make a difference. He believes that innovation is as much about people as it is about products. He thrives on communication, whether that be meeting new people, speaking on stage, or brainstorming with a team. As an entrepreneur and visionary, Jetrin uses his technical skills in electrical engineering and computer science to bring ideas to life, often building full prototypes himself.
