Cecilia Fryklöf

Cecilia Fryklöf is Head of Climate and Nature at Nordea Asset Management. She previously served as Head of Active Ownership, with responsibilities also covering the social aspects, including Human Rights. She is an active participant in several key industry initiatives, including Nature action 100, ISSB investor advisory group and Steering Committee member of Investors Initiative on Hazardous chemicals. Before joining the Responsible Investment Team, Cecilia was Business Area Lead for Asset & Wealth Management in Nordea’s Group Sustainability team, where she most recently worked with the Sustainability Strategy and ESG Regulation of Nordea Life and Pensions. Cecilia also has extensive experience in financial markets from her previous position in Nordea Markets. She holds a BA in Economics from Stockholm University and studied Business Sustainability Management at the University of Cambridge. She has also been trained on the SA8000 Standard, a leading social certification program.
