PhD Candidate | Early America, American Revolution, Constitutional History

Tristan New entered the PhD program in 2019. He earned a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of the Cumberlands (2017) and an M.A. in American History from Eastern Kentucky University (2019). He studies early American history with Prof. Brendan McConville. His research interests include internal contention within the Revolutionary movement and the evolution of the judiciary during the American Revolution.
