Joseph Boskin, Professor Emeritus, Passes Away
The Department is saddened to share the news that Professor Emeritus, Joseph Boskin, passed away on February 16, 2025.
Professor Boskin was Professor of History through the 2000-01 academic year and he continued to teach in Boston University’s Metropolitan College afterwards.
Professor Boskin was the subject of a recent story in The New York Times, detailing his “Andy Warhol moment” regarding the history of April Fools’ Day. You can click here to read the article.
