History Students Receive 2020 BUCH Awards
Though unable to hold an in-person ceremony due to COVID-19, the Boston University Center for the Humanities has now announced the recipients of its 2020 BUCH student awards. From the History Department, the awardees are Jeanna Kinnebrew for the Edwin S. and Ruth M. White Prize, Catherine Devlin for the Alice M. Brennan Humanities Award, and Lolo Serrano for the Robert E. Yellin Award. Christina Marie Tavella, a double major in History and Classical Studies, also received the John Oddy Memorial Award, which goes to junior or senior women who have distinguished themselves in a BU course in Classical History.
