BU PhD Matt Pressman Publishes Article in The Atlantic, Wins Book Award
BU History PhD and Assistant Professor of Journalism at Seton Hall University Matt Pressman published an article on the New York Daily News in The Atlantic titled “America’s Biggest Newspaper 70 Years Ago Sounded a Lot Like Trump Today.” The article is available to read at The Atlantic‘s website.
Pressman is also this year’s recipient of the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication History Division‘s Book Award for his book On Press: The Liberal Values that Shaped the News, published last year by Harvard University Press.
