The New Role of EOO
Starting on August 1, 2024, EOO will respond to all reports of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and sexual misconduct. Previously, cases were divided depending on the status of the Respondent. If the Respondent was a student, then the Office of Judicial Affairs would manage and address that report. If a Respondent was a non-student, the Equal Opportunity Office would manage and address the report.
