Sexual Misconduct Hiring Disclosure

The Equal Opportunity Office is responsible for responding to requests pursuant to the Policy on Responding to Employer Inquiries Regarding Sexual Misconduct. An employer seeking information as part of this policy can use this form to request a disclosure.

EOO Office Hours

Office hours will be held:
• The first Tuesday of every month, 2-4pm
• The third Wednesday of every month, 10am-12pm

At EOO Office Hours, community members will be able to receive help with reporting, education, and resource connections. There will be no discussion of active cases or intake interviews during Office Hours.
