Login Loop
If you are experiencing a repeated loop back to the login screen when trying to log into a BU website, please try the following troubleshooting options:
- Use the BU VPN
- Try a different browser
- Clear your browser’s cookies and site data and then restart your browser and try again. Clearing cookies and site data can be performed in the following way:
- For many this issue seems to resolve itself after a little bit of time and trying again. Possibly due to cookies getting automatically updated.
