Login Loop

If you are experiencing a repeated loop back to the login screen when trying to log into a BU website, please try the following troubleshooting options:

  1. Use the BU VPN
  2. Try a different browser
  3. Clear your browser’s cookies and site data and then restart your browser and try again. Clearing cookies and site data can be performed in the following way:
    • Chrome: Customize and Control Google Chrome > More Tools > Clear Browsing Data
    • Firefox: Open Menu >Options/Preferences > Privacy and Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear Data
    • Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Remove Website Data
  4. For many this issue seems to resolve itself after a little bit of time and trying again. Possibly due to cookies getting automatically updated.
